This includes but is not limited to deepfakes, voice replication, or image generation tools. Any such use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action for violation of publicity rights, intellectual property infringement, and misrepresentation.

If for any reason you’re not happy, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This only applies to digital items, no refunds are given on physical items. To initiate a refund, please email our support team at support@alexaispas.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. After 30 days, all sales are considered final and no refunds will be issued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexa Ispas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
